1 pint raspberry sorbet
12 oz sparkling water
(or champagne if you’re celebrating)
Divide the sorbet between 4 Yuzu Citrus cups
and carefully top with the sparkling water or champagne
1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
1/4 cup cane sugar
zest from 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup crushed gingersnaps
