Saw Bon Appetit's recipe for roasted buttered cherries and had to make it! Served in LOLIWARE Tart Cherry Edible Cups. So much yum!
Roasted Buttered Cherries
- 3 cups halved pitted sour cherries
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream (for serving)
- 4-pk tart cherry loliware cups
Preheat oven to 350°. Toss cherries with butter and sugar on a rimmed baking sheet and roast until softened and caramelized, 15–20 minutes. Let cool. Serve over vanilla ice cream... in tart cherry loliware cups!
