Bon Appetit's Roasted Buttered Cherries

Saw Bon Appetit's recipe for roasted buttered cherries and had to make it! Served in LOLIWARE Tart Cherry Edible Cups. So much yum!

Roasted Buttered Cherries

4 servings

  • 3 cups halved pitted sour cherries
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream (for serving)
  • 4-pk tart cherry loliware cups

Preheat oven to 350°. Toss cherries with butter and sugar on a rimmed baking sheet and roast until softened and caramelized, 15–20 minutes. Let cool. Serve over vanilla ice cream... in tart cherry loliware cups!
